İnan Ölçer is a seasoned professional in web design and development with over two decades of experience crafting digital solutions and innovative web experiences. As the Founder and Partner at Kozmoz since 2013, İnan Ölçer has led the design and development of numerous digital projects, significantly enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. At Kozmoz, İnan Ölçer has successfully managed cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client specifications.

Before founding Kozmoz, İnan Ölçer co-founded Pinqloud, a startup that innovatively combined location-based photo printing with social media monitoring, creating memorable events through platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Later launched Prinkl, a social platform that allowed users to print and share posters from their digital photos, merging product design with a unique user experience.

A graduate of Visual Communication Design from Istanbul Bilgi University, İnan Ölçer has a strong foundation in software development, information architecture, user experience, and interface design. Their career began with roles at Pleksus and enocta, where they developed interactive and e-Learning solutions. With expertise spanning various industries, including FinTech and MedTech, continues to push the boundaries of digital design and development, delivering impactful results for clients worldwide.
